Step outside our doors, turn due south and what do you see? The Capitol Building of Texas.

Because on one of our highest points and its great height (even taller than the Capitol in Washington D.C.), the red granite mass of the state capitol building can be seen all across the city. It was built in 1888 and is just a few blocks from Pallasart's web design studio in the historic Aldrich Place neighborhood.
