Bob started Pallasart back in November 1995. He hails from Washington State and grew up amid towering evergreen forests and mountain lions. His artistic life began with the copying of Italian Renaissance murals on his bedroom walls when he was 9. Bob studied History at the University of Washington and was a scholarship student at Cornish School of Art in Seattle. He worked at Apple Computer for ten years and helped develop the first web-based travel booking system that became the first Yahoo Travel. At Pallasart he is our design and marketing guru.
Walt Neuschaefer has been a key employee at Pallasart for the past eight years. He has helped plan, create and implement many of the company's most successful and innovative sites. He is adept at integrating multimedia, video and flash into html sites to add energy and excitement. His knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, cross browser and platform issues, and WebDNA programming has made him an indispensable member of the Pallasart team.Walt has a marketing and film background. He graduated with highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He also has his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he focused on intellectual property issues.
Cristian has a Degree in Computer Science and speaks fluent French as well. His programming languages include C/C++, Java, PHP, XHTML, CSS and WebDNA. His databse expertise includes MSSQL and MySQL. Cristian can handle almost any web-based programming job. We think he's the best to be found anywhere, and we are very fortunate to have Cristian on our team.
This past summer, Cristian and Ana Maria got married. Congratulations to both of them! Ana Maria has a degree in Computer Science and programs in PHP, XHTML, WebDNA, and CSS. She is brilliant in Macromedia Flash and does most of the Flash work at Pallasart. She also speaks fluent French. We have many French speakers on our staff! How did that happen?
Kathleen Jenkins is a native Texan, writer and media producer who specializes in narrations for radio and the web. For more than 20 years she has been writing short stories about Texas history and the Texas outdoors. Her work includes audio and video scripts, press releases, grants and brochures on a wide range of topics. In 1997 she hired Pallasart to design her first web site and is now on web site number four! Kathleen holds a M.M. in Music Theory from the University of Texas. She's ready to help you "tell your story" online in a concise and engaging way by bringing out the best in your current copy or helping you create something new.
Jan has been with Pallasart for more years than any of us can remember. Born and raised in sunny Southern California, Jan graduated from UCLA where he majored in economics and minored in Art History. Jan went on to Southwestern University School of Law and graduated in the top 5% of his class. Jan does training for Pallasart and is a jack-of-all-trades for us, filling in as needed in many areas.
