Central Texas Tree Care Taps Pallasart
redesign underway for Premier Austin Arborist
We are very pleased to announce that Pallasart has been selected to redesign the Central Texas Tree Care site.
The company is Austin's premier tree care company and has been in business for around 10 years. Andrew Johnson, the founder of the company (you can see him at left) is a local acclaimed arborist with 13 years experience.
Andy really knows his trees.
We have met with him and his team several times so far to plan for the redesign project and I have been astounded at his encyclopedic knowledge of our local Austin trees. We are in the middle of one of the worst droughts in Austin history and Andy had plenty of advice on how to save our oaks in this stressful environment. Andy took a tour of 101 Laurel Lane and had plenty to recommend in the care and maintenance of our trees.
There is a huge 60 year old Magnolia here and Andy gave us practical tips on how to make it thrive. Magnolias are great favorites in Austin but our alkaline soil is not the best for these acid loving trees. A couple of years ago 20 feet of the top of the tree were knocked off in a huge lightening, wind and hailstorm, right into Speedway, thank God it didn't hit any buildings or cars.
